About Sacred Drop

Sacred Drop was originally created to reflect my experiences in national and international food and wine.  However, it has now evolved to become a space not only to inform but also to help and guide. My work experiences in the areas of food and wine have inspired me to offer assistance to small- to medium-sized wineries and food companies that would like a stronger voice. I can be that voice and help your brand reach the right people at the right time.

Thus Sacred Drop is not just a blog anymore.  Sacred Drop is now also a place for those individuals and companies who might be interested in finding assistance in their wine and food marketing and public relations.  This new branch of Sacred Drop aims to help your winery or company develop your unique value proposition, your story, your voice, and all this in a consistent way.

Having served as head of marketing for international and U.S. wineries and food companies, large and small, I have developed the skills and expertise to help companies find that voice and as the end goal, reach their customers more effectively.

What People Say

Having worked with April Yap-Hennig, not only as an employee but as a consultant for my own winery, she has been one of the best marketing professionals I’ve worked with over the years.

She understands the needs of growing companies in this digital age.  She is adept at SEO, web design, social media, and e-commerce.  She has the understanding and strategic thinking required to drive successful digital marketing campaigns.

April has mastered the ability to help entrepreneurs create a unique selling point, that process of digging deep to define who my niche customers are.

Then, she creatively developed strategies to solve my clients’ problems in ways nobody else could.
